Responsibilities of the Pre-Owned Manager include but are not limited to: · Management of the pre-owned business KPIs (stock rotation, residual value, inventory value, etc) · Business and Marketing Planning · Valuation and purchase of pre-owned stock · Develop relationships with customers, brokers, and independent retailers to seek out purchase opportunities · Achieving sales targets defined together with the General Manager · Profit maximisation · Promote Certified Approved program to customers · Management of re-conditioning/repair costs in coordination with After Sales · Competitor Monitoring · Monitoring of residual values of Ferrari products and competitors · Update of respective websites/systems with stock information Requirements: · Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident · At least 5 years of experience in automotive retail (preferably within Pre-owned business context) · Languages: English, Mandarin (Preferred) · Excellent knowledge and understanding of the automotive luxury market and price levels · Perfect knowledge of the used car market · Full / Clean driving licence The ideal candidate should: · Act as an ambassador for the brand · Work independently and results oriented · Have strong accountability · Be a good listener and persuasive communicator · Be able to take the right purchase decisions on pre-owned opportunities · Have basic knowledge of maintenance intervals & contents and basic trouble shooting techniques · Be Reliable & self-motivated Employment Type Full-time
